Shipping Options

Same-Day Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM HST on business days are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

Temperature-Controlled Packaging

All peptide orders ship with cold chain packaging including insulated containers and gel ice packs. This ensures product integrity and stability during transit, regardless of outside temperature.

Discreet Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. The return address shows "BWBS" with no indication of contents. Your privacy is our priority.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package in real-time through our website or directly with the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time. Some products may have additional shipping restrictions based on state regulations.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@blackwellbiolabs.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and either locate your package or ship a replacement at no cost.
