Shipping Options
Orders of $400 or more also include free bacteriostatic water, one 3mL vial per peptide vial in your cart, on any shipping method including pickup and Oahu delivery. Priority Express and Oahu Delivery are never discounted, no matter the order size. International rates are flat and unaffected by order total.
Local Pickup and Oahu Delivery
On Oahu? Choose free Local Pickup in Honolulu (same or next day, by appointment) or flat-rate $19.99 Oahu Delivery (same day to next day, Hawaii addresses only). Same-Day Processing
Same-day dispatch on orders before the daily cutoff (HST) on business days. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends and holidays ship the next business day.
Optional Cold Chain Add-On
Lyophilized peptides are shelf-stable and ship safely with standard tracked packaging. For researchers who want an extra layer of temperature assurance, cold chain packaging with insulated containers and gel ice packs is available as an optional add-on at checkout.
Discreet Packaging
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. The return address shows "BWBS" with no indication of contents. Your privacy is our priority.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Track your package in real time through our website or directly with the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and internationally via USPS Priority International. Some products may have additional shipping restrictions based on state regulations.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@blackwellbiolabs.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and either locate your package or ship a replacement at no cost.
