Match the batch first
Check the batch or lot number printed on your vial against the number on the certificate before you record any result against it.
Links stay put
Each compound keeps the same certificate address. When a new batch document replaces the previous one, a link saved in your notes still resolves.
If a document is pending
A pending status means the current batch document is not published yet. Contact support with your order number and we will send the document for your specific vial.
